Terrazze verdi is an intervention of urban regeneration to establish a new destination of ecological-naturalistic tourism able to impact, improving, the status of an entire area currently neglected.
The complex replaces an existing Hotel with a system of green terraces that slope gradually towards the coast and the sea that remains the horizon to which the entire complex turns. The latter is oriented in a south-west/north-east direction.
